UPDATE:

Arrr maties. I've got some news fer ye all

First things first, after a dry period of 2 weeks, I'm FINALLY back on tha front page ^^. I'm very proud ta be back there and I can only hope that we work continues ta impress everyone :3

I would like to thank all the fans for always faving my works and supporting it with comments. Without those two key factors, I can't reach the frontpage.

I also would like to give a second round of thanks to those who share my work out or feature it. It's an incredible honour and I'm just proud to be worth that for you all ^^

Second, WEREWOLVES have won the vote fer this week's topic. So I'll be makin' plenty of releases about them. If you're interested in what werewolves are like in MY literature (as opposed to that of other poets/writers), then I have ta begin with vampires:

In my literature there are five classes of vampires: Elder Blood (Ancient Vampires), Pure Blood (Vampire + Vampire), Half Blood (Vampire + Human), Forced Blood (Elder bites Human), Ghoul (Pure Blood bites Human).

You'll receive more details on each class in future, but anywho. Vampires are creatures of magic, they can use almost every element and form of magic (with the exception of divine/holy/celestial magic). However, they also have incredible strength and physical resilience. Their immunity to most weapons and ability to regenerate very quickly from wounds, makes them hard to kill. However, they DON'T have an invulnerability factor, a vampire can always be killed. Their fatal weaknesses are: Cold Steel (Steel alloy forged through alchemy), Silver (Must be blessed and glided onto the melee weapon or projectile), Holy/Divine Magic (used by priests and monster hunters), Certain chemicals or potions (Vampires have a lowered resistance to chemical concoctions, but better resistance to poison and diseases). They are also not weak against sunlight and can walk around during the day if they want. However, dark magic, necromantic spells and shadow magic are all weakened/useless during the daytime, because they rely on factors that are limited during the day, such as shadows and darkness or negative vibrations. Since vampires rely primarily on these types of magic, their strength is limited in the sunlight, however they can still use elemental magic and they have their physical and martial strength so hunting a vampire during the day, just means he won't be throwing his best spells at you. You'll still die, but it'll be more painful and slow as you grasp at hope ^^. Also, my vampires do not THIRST for blood, they take it because their bodies absorb greater amounts of energy from blood as opposed to what they would get from just eating food. It also doesn't have to be human blood, the blood of anything will do, but human blood is generally an average that is good for them. Dragon blood would be the most prized of all and any vampire who can obtain it will also be incredibly powerful.

Now Werewolves on the other hand are the complete opposite. They have NO innate magical skill and can only use skills/powers related to their tribal sub-ability. Each werewolf tribe gets their own unique sub-ability which they utilize in conjunction with their natural abilities. Werewolves are extremely tough creatures, with an invulnerability factor. They are most vulnerable on the new moon, and completely invulnerable on the full moon. They have incredible speed (fastest of all the creatures) and they can transform at anytime, they also have quickened healing and full immunity to poison, disease and chemicals. They have increased strength and are often extremely powerful warriors, using enchanted weapons to assist their natural abilities. A werewolf has no weakness factor, the only way to kill one is for it to be in the period AFTER the full moon, with higher chances of success as it nears the new moon. At that point, you throw EVERYTHING in your arsenal at it, hope it dies and if you bring it down make sure you kill the hell out of it and chop it to bits, JUST in case it starts regeneration.

So, trust me when I say, my literature on both will be very different from sparkly Cullens or Alpacas :3 (you guys know what I mean)

And just to return to the third and last point of this update. I know alot of you are waiting for replies and remixes from me. I just thank you for being patient, because it will all be replied to and remixed in due time, I just need to work with all of it slowly ^^. I also choose remixes at random, so please don't feel hurt if you submitted one in first but I didn't remix it immediately xD

GOING BACK:

Arrr me hearties, as ye all know, last night's poem was a traditional fantasy style poem that I used to write, long before I attempted any other style. In fact fantasy predates even my dark/horror works.

I have decided to combine that to some extent. So I'll be asking all of you for a vote. Next week, which of these mythological creatures would you like me to write about:

Vampires

OR

Werewolves

I assure you that regardless of which you choose, I will put my full effort into it.

REMIXES:

Many of you guys have asked for remixes, however don't think that the requests are being ignored because I don't have time. No news is actually good news, because it means that I will be performing the remix somewhere down the line (however I need to make my own releases as well, so it will take time).

I would also like to check with those who have requested remixes.

Do you want the words [REMIX] to feature in the title. Or would you be happier without it.

As far as I can see, having those words in the title makes some people ignore the poem, thinking it to be a rehash of something old. However, the work that I produce will be completely new.

So basically if we remove that word, then just the title will feature and everything else will stay the same (you'll  still have a link to the original etc. except that it will be called 'LINK TO BASE'),

The reason for doing this is simple. If the view count is lowered just because of the words "REMIX" and we remove those words and increase the view count, it is more likely that the original will receive a larger boost in views.

I'm sure that those who've had remixes done have had a decent increase in views from the original count ^^

Anyway, let me know your thoughts :3
