consuming your words
and you say
you deserve the pain,
but I want to dry your face,
and whisper in your ear
how the clouds cry too,
while they hold such beauty,
and so do you.

Other than that, please enjoy this six-word story, it's just a nice little piece I wanted to write to tell people that you should NEVER give up. Never think about giving up, no matter how hard the road gets, because pain is transient and temporary, but death...that's final.

I understand that you were trying to be motivational and uplifting with this, but for some of us, the pain doesn't stop. Not for decades at a time. The best we can hope for is a frivolous distraction for a few moments, or the sweet release of death. If anything, hearing people say it's temporary only adds to the suffering, because it reminds us how much people misunderstand, and makes us feel like we are even more hopeless than before due to that. Not trying to badmouth you or your work, but this poem, and the people who share the ideal that pain is only temporary, are among my biggest pet peeves.
