Here's a glass of water;

Another pill made just for me.

I'll drink it with my sorrows

And I'll swallow back my plea.

You don't even need to hear me,

I'll be writing it on the wall:

The hope you never gave me,

Is the hope that stands me tall!

And I will walk through this world,

Don't ask me if it's cold.

There is warmth for you to find here;

My hand's for you to hold.

So take it and I promise,

This night won't be your last.

If you stay with me, I swear,

We'll walk beyond the past.

Hey there guys,

Here is my first audio poem. I learned today that I could easily write emotional rap, by using J3T's style of rapping...but sadly I can't actually rap it because my vocals are either suited to Danny's singing or Gangster rap...so I was a little disappointed, but I hope you enjoy the audio anyway ^^

As for what made me write this poem: I guess I've always wanted to do something that was more about HOPE, rather than depression or suicide, because there is always hope. You may not know it yourself, and you may not find it, but it is there :'3 and others will help you ^^.

That's how it has been for me at least :'3
